Shipping and delivery

Some LVLDOUT products are made available through limited pre-order drops unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed once the pre-order window has closed.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your pre order is dispatched.

If an item is in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping cost: £2.50

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to offer worldwide delivery in the future.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. LVLDOUT cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at lvld.co@hotmail.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
