Returns and refunds

At LVLDOUT, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused.

In their original condition.

Returned with any original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Pre-Order Items

As our clothing is produced in limited pre-order runs, please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on pre-order items once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we'll put it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. If you require a different size, please contact us and we'll do our best to help, subject to stock availability.
